A MESSAGE FROM THE CAREERS DEPARTMENT

Career Counselling in 3 steps

Teaching is not as important as learning so our main challenge is to engage students with their education because some don't see the point of learning what we want to teach them.

We used to ask kids: “What are you going to be when you grow up?”

Experts now ask: “What issue of humanity would you like to work on and help fix in the future?”

A student who has career goals will find it easy to link what they are learning with their future life. Your parents have knowledge and experiences of ‘The School of Life’ that teaches you more than any school can ever cover. Sirius College has systems and techniques in education that are unique and successful.

Career Counsellors understand the process and we use the many tools of career development to link all the available up to date data and practices to give your child a link between their classes now and their future life.

Career Counsellors link a students' drive and motivation, parents experience and expectations and the school’s education strategy for graduating the golden generation of individuals who will go on to enlighten the hearts and minds of humanity around them; God willing!
